Creative Arts, Movment Healing & Community Connection
The Creative Hearts CIC is a community interest company dedicated to improving wellbeing, confidence, creativity, physical health, and social connection through inclusive community programmes. At the heart of our work is the belief that creativity, movement, and meaningful community connections can help people lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
We support children, young people, adults, families, and older people through creative arts workshops, community projects, movement and dance activities, Yoga sessions, physical activity programmes, and wellbeing initiatives designed to bring people together, reduce isolation, and strengthen community connections.
Our programmes provide accessible opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore creativity, express themselves, build confidence, develop new skills, stay active, and improve emotional and physical wellbeing. Through visual arts, crafts, community art projects, movement and dance activities, yoga and mindful movement sessions, intergenerational programmes, and community wellbeing activities, we create safe, welcoming spaces where people can connect, learn, heal, and thrive.
We are committed to removing barriers to participation and ensuring that everyone has access to opportunities that support creativity, wellbeing, personal development, physical activity, and community engagement. By combining the power of art, movement, and human connection, we aim to create lasting positive impact for individuals, families, and communities.

The Creative Hearts CIC was officially established in late 2025, the culmination of years of careful planning and preparation by Liron Moyal. Drawing on a lifetime of experience as an art teacher and a deep understanding of the transformative power of creativity, Liron envisioned a place where art could be more than a pastime — a sanctuary for wellbeing, self-expression, and connection for everyone in the community.
A key part of this journey came during Liron’s pregnancy, when she met many other women going through the same life stage. Together, they attended a specialist yoga and movement practice designed for pregnancy and postnatal wellbeing. This experience had a profound impact on her understanding of health, showing how structured movement, breathwork, and gentle physical activity can significantly improve emotional wellbeing, resilience, and quality of life during a deeply transformative period. It reinforced the importance of combining movement and physical activity with creative expression and community connection as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing.
From the very beginning, Liron recognised that many people, whether children, teenagers, or older adults, face barriers to accessing creative and therapeutic support. Financial constraints, waiting lists, or a lack of local opportunities often prevent those who could benefit most from receiving help. Inspired by these challenges, she founded The Creative Hearts CIC with a mission to remove these barriers, ensuring that every person could engage with creativity and movement without restriction, and find a space where they could heal, grow, and be heard.
Liron Moyal’s vision extends beyond individual workshops. She aims to develop inclusive community spaces that integrate creative arts, movement, yoga, dance, and wellbeing activities, alongside art-based programmes, ensuring that people of all ages and abilities can access both creative and physical pathways to wellbeing. These spaces are intended for children navigating school transitions, teenagers facing mental health challenges, adults experiencing isolation or stress, and older adults in need of connection and gentle activity to support wellbeing and independence.
Each space aims to provide a safe, welcoming environment where creativity, movement, and human connection become tools for empowerment, joy, and community cohesion, free from financial or systemic barriers.
The Creative Hearts CIC reflects Liron’s unwavering commitment to creativity and movement as forces for inclusion and wellbeing. It is not just an arts organisation — it is a vision for a stronger, more compassionate community, where every person has the opportunity to explore, move, create, and flourish.
